    The ApexTwin™ MFF Dual-Gantry Motion System will be demonstrated at the booth. Industry professionals are invited to visit Booth K628 on the 1st floor of Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 1. Engineering team will be on site to provide demonstrations and technical consultations.


    ApexTwin™ features a dual-gantry architecture that runs two work cycles simultaneously, significantly reducing cycle time and increasing throughput. Combined with linear motors and an ACS controller, it delivers micron-level positioning accuracy and exceptional stability at high speeds.

    A KURASHIKI KAKO active vibration isolation system further filters external vibrations, making ApexTwin™ an ideal precision motion platform for semiconductor backend packaging.
     
    • Dual-gantry and dual-drive architectureDual-gantry architecture enables two process heads to operate simultaneously, which improve overall productivity. The dual-drive design minimizes gantry twisting during high-speed motion, delivering high acceleration, precision positioning, and superior motion stability.
    • Powered by ACS controller: MC4UPowered by an ACS controller, in-house linear motors, and high-resolution encoders, enabling 6-axis synchronization and micron-level positioning.
    • Integrated with KURASHIKI KAKO Air Pressure Control: Type-C

    The KURASHIKI KAKO Type-C Series Active Vibration Isolation System monitors vibration signals in real time and instantly generates a counteracting force as vibration occurs. The FB/FF 6-DOF control with automatic leveling provides a stable foundation for precision motion.

     
    • Motion Feedforward Technology

    Benefit from the integration of the ACS controller and the Type-C Series Active Vibration Isolation System, the motion feedforward function anticipates gantry movement and applies compensation in advance, reducing settling time and enabling faster, more efficient positioning.
